Take this while I covering the Latino band, very comfortable atmosphere
First time used this magic tool (CTS color gel) bounce up and my left, I'm so please with the result.

Very nice colors and a good exposure. I think perhaps cropping to focus more on the dancers (and especially to eliminate the bright and distracting screen at the right) might improve the impact. Besides, the ceiling doesn't really add anything, IMO.
You entitled the picture, "In Motion," but - at least at this magnification - there's no or very, very little motion blur. There is a good sense of motion in your image, but I wonder if you have some frames at lower shutter speeds?
