GX-10 + Moscow + Bibble
Posted By: Snowcat, 02-14-2008, 05:55 PM

The spring is closer and closer with each passing day, and so here in Russia we have more and more sunny days... I got my GX-10 at a time, when sun began to hide behind the winter clouds almost all the time, so I really had no chance to test it's performance in the sunny weather.
And finally - a suuny day! And guess what? I was... disappointed! All pictures (DNG and JPEGs) looked hazy, and as if they were taked through a dark glass. That really made me sad. But my father tipped me to try a different RAW convertor. I use ACR, and could not get the results I wanted, he recommended me to use Bibble. And voila! I got what I wanted to get, and very-very easy! I am sure I'll use this program in the future.
Some of the results, feedback is apprecialted!
P.S. Images were take with Tamron 28-200.

Very nice series though I really like the last one ! Too bad those light posts are in the way . If it was me , I would try to shoot upward from the right hand lower corner , by the sign . That would capture the image with out posts . Just a thought .

Yeah, agreed about the light posts but that place you mention is the middle of a bridge, alot of cars there, I could not just stand there and take pictures, that's quite dangerous during the day...

Actually the picture I like most of all this day is this one: I posted it in other thread, but I'll repost it here also, it fits more here then there...

Yeah, that last one is a really nice picture. Really like the perspective on the towers (probably not the right word) reaching towards the sky and the glint of the sunshine on the cupolas.
