114 Steps

from our travels Yakina Head Lighthouse, near Newport Oregon. A lot easier to come down than go up.

that's about 100 too many for me, the sort of thing I would try, then when I'm half way up be thinking "why" . Some nice shots but.

EM, that is actually looking Up the Down Staircase, I think that was an old movie.

I climbed the Pilgrim monument in P Town Ma Bob and it was quite a view.Like you said "it is a lot easier coming down"--charliezap

As a non smoker I find it usually sorts out the smokers from the non smokers. I climbed many of those and by the time I am back on the ground I feel dizzy from all the turns.

Great job Bob! You amaze me!

Anyhoo, I climbed the Light house ( Astoria Column) in Astoria Oregon many sunsets ago! It's similar in height, I think! Little more ornate for a light house. Have you been there?

It does make a person dizzy, smoker or not I think. A view from the floor is nice too.
