Twas a little more than a week before Christmas
And all through the forum
Pictures are still being posted at an amazing pace
for the site that is the norm ....

We extend the best wishes to all of you and yours
at this most wonderful time of year ...
I hope everyone is healthy and happy
and gets to raise a glass or two of cheer

Merry Christmas to one and all - or happy holidays if that suits your situation better. I encourage all of you to add to this thread if you have a Christmas shot. This will be the very first Christmas for us without kids at home. They both live in the area and will be here Christmas day , but it seems they are growing up and getting older (not sure how that happens because we have not aged )

Just before we went to the ugly sweater party in case you are wondering if we dress this way all the time

Geeze daacon, you look fantastic with the red hat! Great picture! This is the first year we didn't put up a tree! Just couldn't pull it off......we've still got the spirit and plan to get even next year! Glad to see you did a wonderful job displaying Christmas Cheer! BTW, that young lady next to you looks great too!

Our kids live about a half hour away in different directions. The number of stockings on the fireplace has slowly grown from 2, to 4, to this. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Have a great Christmas, old buddy. We put up our tree a couple of days ago, Connie finished decorating and I've pulled out our Christmas CDs, so we're starting to get that Christmas feeling even though we're reaching the high 70s (F) during the day time. We're simply using our bicycles as sleighs.

Thanks Jer - my sister was here a couple of weeks (from Katy) while she loved the scenery she has been a Texan too long now and was happy to have Christmas in thie 80's . In her defence there were a couple of cold ones (it hit -32 one evening -28 during the day )

Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Year to one and all ...

Thanks for the "Merry Christmas" wishes - but we celebrate the Solstice or Festivus this time of year! Merry Christmas to you if you celebrate that.
