Macro Various agapanthus poses

Some photos taken yesterday of some agapanthus. The lens was my new D FA 50mm 2.8 macro.

They have such exquisite shapes especially just as they are opening. Some of mine are now fully open and I I have a dwarf variety that has just put up the flower stems. Time to get busy again

#2 is my favorite of these.

I don't particularly like the foliage or their rhizomes, but the flowers are quite pretty.
