My new Bigma--first shots
Lens: Bigma Camera: K5 Photo Location: At home ISO: 1600 Shutter Speed: 1/45s Aperture: F6.7

Not the most scientific study but I had to try out my new Bigma lens tonight. I used a tripod and shot at 1600 ISO 1/40 sec @ f/7.1.The only PP was in PSP where I hit the One step photo fix and that was it.The first shot is at 30ft and the second is cropped.I like what I see so far. I got the lens and 86UV filter for $1319 through Adorama and received it the next day.--charliezap

That's a great deal Charlie, I just ordered one from B&H for 1299 lens only and not overnight, so sounds like you made out.

Enjoy your arroz con habicheulas and I look forward to some outdoor results when you take it outside

Thanks Amy, my one concern is that this might be a gateway lens(drug), I note you bought one of these last year and now have graduated to the 500 4.5!

Ah what am I saying? My first fast fifty was the start of my addiction
