On my way to look at a job, the sun just peeked over the hill. Jumped out of car and took these photos.

I particularly like the second one, it is well balanced with the curving freeway and the buildings to the right in the frame.

Well done! Seattle is a great city, and I hope the Seahawks kick the Redskins' butt next weekend.

Thanks Ole,
I like the color in the forst one a little better as the sun was a little higher, however I agree that the composition is better in the second one.

Thanks Cardinal43,
I think the game will be quite interesting with the two best rookie qb's in the league. I don't watch much football anymore. I may make an exception for this one.
Enjoy the game!

Hi Joe. I like the 2nd shot with its feeling of a sweeping expanse.--charliezap

Mike,
Not quite as good as the Golden Gate as you see it, however a lot of much better photographers than me have done night shots from this location and they are quite something. There was a fellow on the "other site" site that did some a couple of years ago with the 645d that were really amazing.
Thanks,
Joe

Beautiful photos, and especially fitting at this time of year, as yesterday was Jose Rizal day in the Philippines.

A great image from a great location!
I still dislike that left-lane exit only in the 2nd shot, but it's still nicely done. Sorry I'm from Portland, I'm not allowed to like Seattle
