Self Portrait Test

So I was sitting on a plane on my way back from San Francisco and snapped a picture of myself. I thought it was a decent enough photo so I decided to mess with it in photoshop. I came up with 2 versions.

The natural version:

And the harsh version:

Which one do you guys prefer? Thanks for the looking.

try black & white... should be better.

Try the harsh one in B&W too... that is if you have not already. sometime B&W looks even better the grittier you can get it.
