Galah in Flight
Lens: Sigma 70-300 DL f4-5.6 Camera: K20D Photo Location: Melbourne ISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/1000s Aperture: F11
Posted By: Cee Cee, 01-25-2013, 07:15 AM

I was keeping low approaching a flock of grazeing Galahs, getting closer.... closer.... then a rather large dog came bounding over the hill, caught this in the aftermath happy enough with this manual focus shot as the AF on this old sigma has started to play up

just as the doggie made its entrance ( I think one of the birds may be partly in focus)

a rather cute looking juevenile

Nope, were out of here !

cheers & thanks for looking

And I can just imagine the great screeching noise when the dog chased them.
