February Frost Fotos

Entirely too much snow here in my area of Ontario but at least last night's fog and then cooler temperatures made for some photo opportunities.

1) The snowshoe path in the field beside my house

2) I like how the frost almost looks like dandylion fluff being blown to the right

3) Another fluff covered weed

4) The frosty trees at the edge of the field. We have a 2km snowshoe trail through here

5) Pinecone

I really enjoy looking at these images - 1, 2 and 3 are particularly nice. The fluffy residue of a cold fog in the "north" yields great pictures in the right hands, and you've definitely got both the right hands and a good eye.

One of the advantages of the "Post Your Photos" forum for me is that I get to enjoy the beauty of winter without actually having to live in it (as I did for many years).

Anyway, congrats on some very cool shots.

I enjoy these all but could you post a little bigger. I think we would all like to see them a little larger. I really like #1&2

Thanks for the kind comments!

I can certainly make the photos bigger. Other boards I am on (not photography) always harp on photos being too big so it is kind of a habit that I resize. Will post them bigger now.
