A few birds at the feeder
Lens: Sigma 50-500mm Camera: K5 Photo Location: Greenville, SC

It's a nice day here today and we've seen a number of visitors to the feeder.

Bluebirds don't usually come to the feeder but this one decided to pose.

Goldfinches are appearing.

Had a pair (male and female) of downy woodpeckers.

Ready to leave.

I've seen a wide variety of species at the feeder the past week or so. The Bigma works well for getting the shots.

Great shots. Really like the Bluebird. Haven't seen them at my nesting box yet this year. Should be soon I hope.

After a week of warmer weather it turned off much colder today. That brought many birds to the feeder. Here are some of my favorites from the last gew days.

This sparrow sat on the fence for quite a while as I shot with the flash.

The chickadees are the least skittish. They will come to the feeder even when I am outside near the feeder.

A bluebird and finch share the feeder.

Several goldfinches visited including this guy.

A wider angle shot.

Another bluebird.

Right after posting the last shots, I saw a couple of mockingbirds come to the feeder.
