People 1st Birthday....

Hi All,

Last year on the 1st of Feburary, my youngest was born. Savannah Belle This past weekend we celebrated her first birthday.... I thought I would share some images from her party with all of you...

The last images was taken with my m43 body incase anyone cares!

Thanks everyone... She had a great time. No for the next birthday on the 7th!!!! She is turning 5 and most of you have seen pics of her since she was 2!

That is awesome. I also have a 1 year old named Savannah! Your daughter is adorable. So I have a question, how does the DA*55 perform when photographing children (autofocus is my primary concern)? I am thinking of getting it, and would like to know your opinion. Do you find enough of a difference between the 40 limited and the 55* to justify getting both? I saw you had a 40 limited in another one of your photo posts.

You know I have not touched the 40mm since I purchased the 55. It does hunt even with the new firmware update fr the K-5, but if I have enough ambient light it will lock in. I just started using a flash also, so still figuring that out.

Before the 55mm the 40mm was my go to lens. I have decided to get sell the 40mm and save for lighting gear and m43 gear.

Despite being a short month, lots of great people were born in February. George Washington, Abe Lincoln, and me. Ok, leave off the last one as being great.

My favorite shot of the series is the first one (with the hat). I've had a lot of days like that!
