Warning! Dangerous non-Pentax camera inside!
Posted By: Shashinki, 02-25-2008, 04:42 PM

We were about to leave work when this incident happened.

A vicious-looking piece of German panzer-steel had been lurking around the hallways for days, and we knew it was just waiting for a chance to pounce on some unsuspecting person.

I was in the middle of turning on the alarm system when it suddenly attacked! All i saw was a black shadow, and I was on the floor! As my coworker lunged for its tail to keep it from doing bodily harm, my Pentax accidentally went off.

The sound of the shutter must have scared it off, because it ran away straight without doing serious damage.

At home, safe from further attacks by this metal-menace, I found that a "Action-Shot" of my life-threatening experience had been saved on my SD card.

And here it is ladies and gentlemen, The Leica in its natural habitat attacking innocent photographers:

I consider myself lucky to be alive to tell you about it.

Uh, likely story. I was attacked by an M2 some 38 years ago. Never have recovered.

Fun dialog. I'm glad you made it safe and sound. Now the question is. What are the images like from that German mini-monster?

I will have to capture this beast somehow to see how it is. I wonder how to manage that though...

Maybe if I use a 43mm Ltd lens as bait?

Apart from the fun story line, me thinks it is a great shot with excellent DoF, artistic and a great amount of thought.

Well done.
