I like the bokeh which seems to convey a dreamy atmosphere.

Nah, I wont post a shot of our weather JC....it might sorta upset you after seeing what you have !

You could try the first shot again with a steaming hot mug of coffee alongside the can.

Gee that looks cold!!!

I'll take a few pics tomorrow, we're expecting yet another 30cm (1 foot) of snow by noon tomorrow...

We've already busted the 300cm accumulation of snow this winter... (118 in) god I'm fed up of winter!

Pat, we lived in Montreal 1955-1964, so I really can relate to what you'r getting this year because it was sort of the norm than. Look at the bright side, it'll all be gone by the end of May. :-)

Take care, Heinrich

You're right, GWP. It would be cruel to post one like this . . . .

. . . . . . that I took on Surfside beach on Sunday, so I won't do that.

Yep, sure would. Glad to see your consideration for your fellow man in their moment of hardship .....I'm sorta into that myself....

Thats why I'm not posting this.
Cheers
Grant

PS: I wouldn't worry about being banned....just dont venture down any dark alleys in colder climates any time soon!

Today's forecast is the same storm as Ontario and Montreal. Here's a sample image of what's coming.

We missed the latest dumping that Southern Ontario and Quebec received, but it is -23 and clear. No matter how you slice it - it is still winter and cold. I've had enough!

The windchill factor is -32 this morning ....... if you haven't guessed it, I work outside every day. This sucks!

Yeah! I was thinking of doing that but the warmth inside the house was better.

Pat/Peter, yesterday's fall was a prelude of what you were going to get. But this is Windsor for God's sake!

Thanks Dan. I'm not really that creative.

BTW, I don't mind those "sunshine" images - makes one feel all warm inside. So they actually help in a therapeutic kind of way.

Nice shots JCS. Topical topic too. The boys and I would be enjoying all this extra snow a bit more if we weren't all sick though. Here's the view outside my back window yesterday.
