Some of them, surely... but mostly weeds are just plants that grow where you don't want them to. Glad you captured this terrific image before you yanked it out of the garden!

Nice shot Em. Just remember weeds are green and I'm sure they use carbon dioxide and produce oxygen so they must be good. Then again if it is green I mow it. That must be why I leave the mowing to the wife.
