Hmmm , ok , now I was shooting the blue screen of death again [ checking for dust as Im trying to work out a dust removal system that works for me ]

and look what snuck into the blue screen ... Ok thats no dust .. there is a topside and a underside , topside is lit up by sunlight and shadow underneath ..

This is the clearest image so far of what ever is flying over Melbourne

Very interesting !

I thought at first that you'd be in Stephenville, USA ... a well known area for "sightings".
I guess those things could fly quite fast and get to Australia in a flash!

Cheers!

Yeah - at first Ithought it might be a bug .. But there is just enough definition to make out all the stuff missing from an insect , + color shape etc

Its a UFO cos its flying , its un identified ( or un identifiable ) , it does appear to have that classic saucer shape , it does seem to be rather high in the sky ( live near an airport so planes fly bye all the time - light aircraft )

Just wish the photo had been taken with a bigger lens and more megapixels ( 32mp ) , so it could be boosted ( pixel peeking - is it called ) .. Unfortunately 6.1mp dont leave much room for enlargement , especially on a dot in the sky.

And its not like Im trying to capture anything .. I wanted a nice clean blue screen .. Clear of any anomalies ( especially UFO's )

Is there some reason the photo is gone? Or is it just me? Or has the site been 'visited'?

I lived in Stephenville for years, don't know what those people saw, but I do know many of the people and they definitely saw something they had never seen before. I'm pretty much a skeptic, but have no doubt there was something very out of the ordinary going on over there a couple of years back. It was reported at the time that no Air Force planes were in the area, but as they were reporting this, I was watching entire squadrons of F16s flying from Ft Worth over my home toward Stephenville.
Reminds me......."something's happening here, what it is ain't exactly clear."

Regards!

I reckon that's an odd-shaped cloud, old4570, because that's the only thing in the sky over Melbourne.

Well , we see what we want to ...

But you need to look at color , composition , shape etc ...

Thats no cloud

Unless your talking about the previous picture , and even then , Im not sure how usual it is to have such a small dark spot , as it means the sun is severely blocked , question is what is it

Its usually something solid or extremely thick and water filled cloud , which is not the case here ...

Butt , my only claim is its unusual and saucer shaped for some reason ...
