I like it..

Joel,

I like this pic.. it reminds me of my roots and where I grew up .. only my dads tractor was green.. lol

I think the only thing I would personally like to see if the tractor "pop" little more. It tends to blend in to much for me, or possibly take the green out of the grass so it is more monotone that might help too...

All in all it is a good shot.. Thanks for sharin..

A nice image but I agree with Kim re colour of tractor. It would be interesting to see original and BW conversion images for comparison.

I agree -- maybe needs a bit of sharpening if it was perfectly in focus to begin with.

Nice shot and I like the colouring idea.

There was never a b&W it was always color and I don't see any green on my profiled monitor in the grass since it was converted to B&W. but here is the original.

played alittle.

Joel,

Sorry about the green, but to me the b&w has a greyish green in it.. but perhpas it is just my monitor..

I hope you dont mind but I did play alittle with your pic.. I lasso'd the tractor and adjusted the red by brightening it and adding some contrast to it. Then inverted the lasso and raised the colors a bit and then converted it to b&w. I also cropped it so it wasn't in the middle of the picture.

This isn't perfect by any means and could be much better, I only spent about 5 min processing it if that.. It could be fine tuned more (sharpened to bring out the writing onthe tractor) if you like it..

I hope you like it.. Kim
