A while a go normhead posted a thread about the use of selective color. I didn't find any of the examples really compelling as I guess it is a technique that doesn't appeal to me. That said, I wonder what the image would be like if you kept the colors of the flower and made the rest black and white. Otherwise I prefer the color version better, although I find the flower and her hair colors clash a bit.

Thank you for your opinion, somehow I do not like selective color.Also I think that the color of the hair and the flower that is not exactly what I wanted to achieve. It would be best if it was blue tulip - two opposite colors, but unfortunately I did not have a blue tulip.
