We saw these guys on the way, but I didn't get any new pictures of them... ho hum, just another Gray Jay.



Spruce grouse habitat... we didn't see any Spruce Grouse (K-01 and 40 XS)


The A-400mm was on the K-5 in case I saw spruce grouse, so I used it for a few mood shots...


Then I put the 70 macro on the K-5 for a few close ups




Once the 70 gets on the camera, it often doesn't come off. 70 is the new 105..

That's the consensus around our house too Jerry. The second to last it the favourite, and the rich colours you get on overcast days seem to be vastly underrated.
