I really like the first one - a great architectural detail amplified by the shadow.

The pictures of light were taken with a K-01 with the pancake lense and a monopod.

Nice shots. I really like the colour tones and the lighting in the first one especially. Thanks for sharing.

Great. I especially like the second one of the three latest.

Very interesting set of images. You have a real eye for curves and shapes. We just got a K-01... I really enjoy the camera and it sure delivers nice results.

I like my K-01 too and am astounded how rich it reproduces color and contrast. With a tripod that little pancake lens matched with the 16.1 sensor produces razor sharp images. I bought the camera after its price drop and frankly I thought it'd turn out to be a sort of a toy camera (It kinda looks like a toy.), but it is not. I've hung lots of lenses on it, but I like the thinness and ease of use of the 40mm pancake best.

I love finding abstract shapes within the relm of reality. Doing so makes what we see in everyday life exciting. I guess it is the eye of the artist/photographer. It has taken me years of study to develope the talent, viewing abstract art in hundreds of museums and books. I call them "eye food". (I hope it doesn't sound like I'm bragging.)

Thank you for your kind comments and enjoy your K-01.

This shot is as simple as I could get. I photoshopped it to make the line perfectly vertical, but then I thought that the slight kilter made it more interesting.

Reflection......

While cleaning up the garage, I grabbed the K30 and was shooting a few pics of the bike, but there was so much reflection of every thing sitting around the garage showing up in the tank so I too a American flag and draped around
the bike and set a light on the floor.....pretty cool reflection

Please, be my guest.

Nice image btw. Every "real man" wants a Harley. My wife won't allow me to get one. I told her I'd just let it sit in the garage where I could polish it. Still no deal. So I'm stuck with a Honda Moped.
