... at least one post since my Puerto Morelos early morning sunrise shots
- not to worry I already have my 10 day pin since I have been back home
.
A lot of comments have been why would I get up so early. Both my wife and I are morning people. While there were several days where we partied well past midnight , a lot of the days we were just doing so much that we usally got to bed at a reasonable hour (say 10 pm). We both like to do stuff (sight see, afternoons on the beach, walking) as opposed to sitting in some all inclusive and just drinking. That would be fun for a while (if we only had a week) - but we had lots of time here (19 days) so lots of time to do everything we wanted.
I truly enjoyed these morning sessions on the beach, wondering what mother nature would offer. Sunrise are rarely dramatic as sunsets , but this day it was pretty darn good IMO.
I will also say the DA* 16-50 was a workhorse out there. I will tell a story in another post about the robustness of all the weather sealing of both the K5 and DA* 16-50

Pre sunrise view down the beach - lots of spotlights down the beach by the main doc.

Looking down the other way - nice big fluffy cloud ...

This morning was a great sunrise. Lots of color in the sky. There was little or no saturation boost on any of these - it was one of those glad I made it out here mornings. A little reward for some of due diligence
