Landscape Cedars

Another shot from Santa Cruz Island, this one a recent rework. This grove of cedars was planted by early settlers when the island was ranched. In the 1970's you could see lots of cattle, sheep, and feral pigs out there, but just about all of those domesticated animals are gone now, and the island looks much as it did centuries ago.
