Good things happen to good people.
Posted By: charliezap, 03-20-2013, 05:31 PM

My mother in law's stepson Peter and his wife Elaine are hard working people. They tend a horse ranch in Maine for a wealthy guy and do it well.Peter just had knee surgery and still tried to do his job despite the pain.Peter bought a $20 Maine scratch ticket and hit for $1,000,000.Life should be a little better for the both of them now.I love a fairybook story.--charliezap

Good for them! Unfortunately, the IRS will get a LOT of it.

Congratulations to them. If they decide to use some of that money to pick up the photography hobby, tell them to come here to learn.

I can honestly say that I don't know any two people that deserve this good fortune more than they do.They plan on still working at the horse place because she loves the horse farm and riding.--charliezap
