Hoya R72 fun

Just played around with Vivitar Series 1 105/2.5 & Hoya R72 today :



What do you think ? TIA .

PS I think it's too bright but that could be just my monitor ??

Nice image Tran. It does look a little bright, but I'm not sure about the calliobration of my monitor.

I keep forgetting the wrong link to the big image . Now I think it's better .

You're right . It's too bright . It's nice and sunny this week so I think I might play around with more infrared images .

Took the old DS out for a walk . Kit lens .

DS is much faster to do IR !



What do you think , on this image or any other on this thread ? TIA .

I like the flower, but it does seem just a tad bit bright. I haven't heard of the Hoya R72 today but am going see what I can learn about. Very interesting pictures

Thanks , Rosemary . Hoya R72 is an Infrared filter . It's very dark to use so you have to focus/compose the image first then screw it on . On K10D it can take a long time . Macro with it can be fun, too .

Yep the flower is too bright . I should have known that being PPed in my crappy laptop .
