But I am still having fun with DXO Film Pak3. If you haven't tried a free 30 day trial, you should!

On a side note....I received my new little X20 last night. Hope to post a few here soon. We'll see how it does!

Best Regards!

As long as there is bread on the table and you're having fun (and it would appear so) - it's a great thing. Like the pp.

I believe Rupert is saying that he's not getting any commissions from DxO, but he loves the product. I hope that the studio is doing well, Rupert. Great shot.

Thanks Dave, Den, Ken, Bob (Sounds like a neat quarter...you guys sing?)........Some here like to play with their photos, and DXO FP3 is a great way to do it. I love to play, I even play with my food when Mrs Rupert isn't looking!

Regards!

Very sweet girl and a beautiful portrait. You should seriously expand into doggie portraits. Dog owners always buy portraits of their dogs.

Dave.....Humm us a few bars of something and I'll get back with you!

Tess.... Six months ago when I opened my little studio, I planned to put up advertisements at the local Vets offices for Animal Portraits. I know most of the Vets in town, so a nice poster in their office would be a snap. Here is the problem......I am the worst procrastinator on earth! Mrs Rupert even had me Certified and Registered as an offender of the first degree.
Still, I plan on doing it...like finishing out that hallway trim and floor tile.......tomorrow! I may not get things done, but I have great fun not doing them!

Regards!

Nicely done Rupert. Quit procrastinating or Mrs. R can legally have you committed without your precious DxO.

You should Rupert. I really prefer doing Boudoir work and product photos but it's the kids and pets that are making my rent for me. Mostly the dogs actually. I get more dog shoots than kid shoots some months. I have actually met people that won't spend $100-200 for a few shots of their kids or grand kids but who will plunk that down for their dogs. Sick, yes, but true.

Wonderful portraits Rupert! And you are riabsolutely right abou DxO Filmpack 3. I mainly use it for B&W conversions. Fast, user-friendly (for computer dummies like me) and powerfull.
