fun *ist DS - K10D comparison

Just for fun, both ISO 200, both with the same FA*200 at F5.6. Different days however, so lighting was not on par...therefore...*ist DS AV 1/60th, K10D AV 1/350th. BIG difference in how these two JPG engines render the data, I'd say.

Post processing identical = resize, auto level, filter sharpen

Looks like it is no contest for the K10D! I have both cameras too and notice a huge difference in the IQ of the K10D, regardless of what lens is attached. Question now - what to do with the *ist I never use?

Given all things unequal I will still take the K10D
