Lets see your early spring photos!
Posted By: dws1117, 03-04-2008, 11:29 AM

Spring is springing here is south east Texas, USA! Today is sunny, very windy and a pleasant 59 degrees. Here are some pictures of the cottonwood tree in my back yard.

An one of a flower in my neighbors yard.

Now I'd like to see your early spring shots.

SPRING??? You have to be kidding! We won't see spring like weather for another 2 months at least. Last night's low temp was 0 degrees F - That's -18 deg C. We're warming up a little bit. Check with me again around June 1.

Wonderful images everyone. It gives me hope.

Spring... what spring?

I like the sky in that pic. and the good news is we're expecting another 15-20 cm tonight/tomorrow. I really don't know where I'm going to put it when I try and shovel it off the driveway.

Great images everyone! I geuss I need to get out and take some of the dogwoods blooming. It was nice all week, and now it's in the 30's with a chance of a few snowflakes this evening...

A few recent blooms from Norfolk Virginia. Lovely snow but I am glad to only be observing it from afar at this time of the year.

Nice flowers folks... it's great to see the climate is nicer elsewhere...

We're expecting yet another 30-40cm of snow (a foot) tomorrow... I guess I'll post pics of snowflakes or something...

We aren't quite there yet in NYC, but here are a few from last year, taken the fourth week in March
The melting snow and ice make great shapes.

A skunk cabbage melting it's way thru the snow, I've seen them melt as much as 6" (15 cm) of snow
