I gave this dandelion bloom some backlight, put the Raynox DCR-250 on the Sigma 105mm, and came up with this.

Wow, I've never looked at what is described as a weed quite so closely before, it's really is a thing of beauty, well seen and taken.

P.S. I saw you've posted a couple more of these flower heads, I still think this post contains the best, but hey, what do I know.
