Pentax Q PK adapter and Sigma 500 4.5 ex setting 2
Posted By: pearsaab, 04-08-2013, 04:25 PM

i was very lucky to have my q and the sigma 500mm with me this past weekend...was at the river and saw this osprey chowing down on a big catfish...i would have never been able to get close enough with another camera... i did find the branches in front of the bird and fish distracting... can't have it all..i took a few pictures...moved in a little, took a few move, moved in and then he flew away...manual focus so i am quite pleased..just wish those branches hadnt been there...poor fish, not the way i want to go

Great shots Amy, good to see you out and about with that 500 though it appears hard on the catfish The ospreys should be showing up here very soon the snowing is going rapidly.

That are amazing images Amy, branches are not distractive, #2 needs to be printed. I'll have to get the adaptor now. Thanks for posting them
