Wow, I didn't know a reversed 50mm f1.7 could deliver such stunning detail. Nice composition and great deep colours, too.

Thanks... Yes it is pretty awesome... I also used my m43 body with the same lens reversed and got some really nice shots also... All you need is a tripod!

Hey Bob... Thanks.. yeah i have had this setup for a bit, but haven't really gotten into it.. Hoping to continue doing some more macro work.. I have added a few new bodies to the bag.. most are m43 bodies but still have my K5 and a few lenses...

Where are you these days?

We're in Nevada now, soon headed to Arizona, New Mexico and will spend the summer in Colorado and then up to South Dakota until it gets cold, which probably won't take long in Sept. We are still spending the kids inheritance as fast as we can.

Really sharply detailed shots and the color is fantastic. Well done.

Very well done. I've recently picked up a set of reversing rings (49mm, 52mm and m42) and can't wait to play with them.

That is awesome... I am planning a trip for my 40th during the summer... Thinking Memphis & Nashville... Have you driven through there yet?
