Nature American Avocet

I got this photo today after going out to my inlaws' house and seeing the American Avocet and Black Necked Stilts in a little marshy area. After seeing these I went home and grabbed my camera (Pentax K5), long lens (Sigma 50-500 f 4-6.7), and two teleconverters (2x, and 1.4x Sigma APO).
I crop, and a little editing and viola.

Well done , that's a lot of reach you had there - good shot.

Thank you very much Daacon. I think I only had the 1.4x teleconverter on with the 50-500mm lens for this shot giving me 700mm focal length not including the camera's crop factor of 1.5x
