Shot this shot of Beavertail Lighthouse, Jamestown , RI recently with my DA 10-17 fisheye....played in Lightroom to get the old style postcard look....that fisheye surprises me sometimes.....fun lens....

Nice shot Charlie , I like the pp as well. The fisheye is a great lens. One of my favorites.

Wonderful shot Charlie, I used to live in Rhode Island when I was younger and that lighthouse was one of my favorite places to visit.

I grew up there in the 60's as a youngun....still have family there....I always have to go to Bervertail to think and enjoy the view....

Excellent shot, though I would like to see it less processed. The fisheye scares off some people :-)

I'm not a big fan of fisheyes but know that light house is a hard one to get a good picture of. I have gone a few times in the morning or evening. I think for a fisheye it is good. Have you gone to the light house at Point Judith as well?
