I saw it at home and immediately set up the Fruit Fly trap so they don't ruin my Oranges.

Nice capture, those guys are small. I've seen a few around here, hope they don't like tomatoes.

Uh-oh! The dreaded Mediterranean Fruit Fly (Ceratitis capitata)

We know all about those nasty buggers here in California. It might be wise to inform your Agriculture authorities of the spotting and let them inspect your traps.
