I combined two exposures in PhotoShop. The first was a fast exposure to freeze the distant boat and ducks. The second was a long exposure to capture the colors in the water. I could have frozen the sea grass but it would have taken several hours to do so. What do you think of my first edit?

Thank you for all your comments. I decided to crop the photo a little bit in order to accentuate the ocean and sky.
