Thanks to your post on 31mm. I decided to use it a lot more often. It seems that my use of lenses really depends on the hot topic of the month in the SLR lens section.
This is the interesting bit in human psychology - satisfying the curiosity.
It makes my whole day really worth while. Good fun.

3rd one - absolutely terrific, very stylish and magazine spread worthy imo, grayish, muted surroundings contrasted by the bold colors, style and beauty - nice work!!!

Thanks, D.
With k10d, I still love to play around with colour adjustments. K20d really did the job for me the way it is. I think JPEGS are just so usable that there is no need to use Raw. A great bonus for me since Raw conversion really takes time. I got about 40 Gig of RAW shots still unprocessed...

Roentarre, I also like your blog a lot. Seems your friends are really enjoying being photographed by you. Lucky guy
Greatly appreciated. Darren Melrose from DPR told me to really get myself busy with projects or themes to shoot. Having a couple of public photo blogs will get you going.
Initially I was obsessed with how to increase traffic. But now, it is just do your work and post in there. Over time, it would look impressive. A nice exercise to keep the hobby going for a long long time

Thanks, Chris. Lighting is hard outdoor and I would have to read up more about adequate artistic lighting outdoor again. I read your post regarding your lighting set up. I could not really get the effect you are creating. I guess I would have to look into some studio locally to learn more from these pros.
Originally posted by vievetrick Great work for sure. I like them all but the last one would be the best if not for the light poll above her head. Lose that it is easily the winner for me. Nice work.
Pat, nice to see you again. I can see that the light pole being distracting and I did try to eliminate that in another version. But something seems to be missing after removing it. It might create a background that creates a contrast with the rails on the side in a converging pattern.
