I'm a sucker for flowers.I have to stop and buy some.

The local nursery is only a few miles from me and at least twice a week I stop by and pick up some color for the yard. The cool weather flowers are out now and when the weather warms the others will be for sale.Eventually I hope to have a good selection as time goes on.

On another note I have a friendly wager going on with my Nikon friend. We are both on Facebook and whoever gets the most new "Likes" on their photography page will end up with a Lobster feed. My page is less than 3 months old and I would appreciate it if some of my fellow Pentaxians can help me beat the dreaded Nikonian. I posted the challenge in "General Photography & Industry" that some may have seen but this page here has more of my everyday Pentaxian friends that could help me in my "yum-yum" endeavor.charliezap
Here's the link to my Facebook page. Some more likes would be nice.

One item that I failed to do Susan was turn down the saturation in the K5.The red flowers really bled out.The place does have nice products. Most 6 packs of annuals are $2.99.Another 2-3 weeks the tomatoes are going in.--charliezap

You might be able to undo some of this in a batch process using the PDCU software that came with the K5. I don't use it often, but I did manage to fix a bunch of photos I had shot with the wrong lighting setting.
Very nice photos.

Sounds good. I now shoot only RAW unless I'm taking photos of an event for someone else and I don't want to spend time post processing. But under those conditions I do need to be very careful to make sure I have the camera settings just right.
