My 1st band shooting
Posted By: barbosas, 03-09-2008, 08:18 AM

Man it's hard ... lot's of blurred ones :S

these where all taken with my Super-Takumar 135/3.5.
Mostly all at F3.5 and ISO800, just a few color tweaks, nothing more.

Full set here: Zenfolio | Pedro Barbosa | 2008-03-08 Café Concerto

Any comments are very much apreciated.

Thank for sharing. These are not blurred, for sure, great results for ISO800! I like especially the 3th (to the point composition!) and and 4th which might benefit from little more cropping from the bottom?

Very well done, in my view. I find these kinds of shots very difficult with the AF hunting and pecking in low light. Also, the fact that the musicians can apparently read music and aren't dancing on one leg covered with tattoos indicates they probably can really play.

Good job.

OOPS! I didn't look closely enough the first time. However, my original comment still goes: great shots.

Nice work and I am sure the more you do it the better you will get. I think you have done well.
