Western American Railroad Museum in Barstow.

How do you steal a locomotive, and how is this chain going to help prevent it?

Barstow.... one of those towns I've driven through a jillion times, but never stopped to take a look. Next time I'll have to get off the freeway and poke around. Thanks for posting!

You've got it the wrong way round, the train was put there to stop the chain and padlock from being stolen.
