The last of Barstow, and it's about time...

Peggy Sue's 50's Diner is actually a few miles east in Yermo. It was a bit too crowded at Friday lunch, so I did not eat there.

Del Taco #1, the oldest still going, since 1971.

Centennial Park stuff.

Across the street at the FD.

Barstow Station is a collection of restaurants, highlighted by the 3-train car McDonalds.

Out on Old Hwy 58 north of town, you can see 2 movies a night, 7 days a week.

I don't like Barstow, but I like the way you photographed the area. When we were in Yermo a couple of months ago, Peggy Sues was busy also, go figure.

It has enough signs to attract anyone. I suppose it is always packed.
