Amazing what you see on the backroads of America.
Another experimental border...
C&C appreciated.

Nice photo. I'm less enthused about the double frame. One single slim black frame might be preferable.

border really detracted away from the image....i looked at it more than the actual subject...

Great shot with composition and subject...but with this frame the offset border is a bit distracting.
Cheers.

Hi Clarence. I like the border a lot actually!

The field is so enriched with colour and the red house really stands out.

The border is prominent but it works for me

I love this picture! I'm not usually a border fan, but I think this one really works and makes the picture stand out even more.

I love the subject and composition, but also not a fan of the border. It's interesting that people are so split on it (the border).

Hi Clarence, love the shot but put me down on the - frame side. So so far you've got 3 like frame and 5 don't like frame and one abstention.

Another yea photo nay frame vote here. I like the contrast of yellow field and red house, and the way the line of cut grain leads you to the house. The frame's distracting, to me.

Thank you all for your inputs and critiques.

Well an experiment is out there for the comments and I can see there are different styles that appeal to different phototogs.

It is all good.

Just goes to show, if a photo or group of photos was up for sale, some might not buy it due to the framing, even though they liked the picture.

Glad there is so much diversity of taste among us all.

Great picture Clarence, dislike the border though. Interesting to see the division of yays and nays on it.

Very nice composition and colors! And the little red "house" - right where it should be!

Regards,
D
