After much waiting and consideration, finally bought the K5IIs yesterday.

I'm uisng "Bright" settings as what I've been using on the old K5, I found the pics slightly oversharpen.
Will try "Natural" setting next time. Now I don't need any software sharpening.

Thanks JinDesu, I'm aware of that, hence I'm using Natural settings or I can simply reduce the sharpness in the "Bright" settings.

Easy to just adjust the sharpening only in the "Bright" setting.

Hit the button to the right of the "OK" button - that brings up your custom image settings. Then use the down button to highlight the slider marked "S" and adjust.
