How did I forget this shot?
Lens: Bigma Camera: K5 Photo Location: Saugus Ma. ISO: 1600 Shutter Speed: 1/750s Aperture: F6.7
Posted By: charliezap, 05-12-2013, 01:23 PM

I must be getting old and senile or maybe it's the red solo cups..Yesterday I posted some natural light hbird pics but not this one.I looked at it closely today and thought it was the best of the bunch. This was taken with the Bigma at 10-12ft distance at 290mm and cropped. What I want to do next is use the K5 in movie mode and get a clip of him buzzing around the feeder.A great Mother's Day to all.--charliezap

The nice part about these fellas is that you can stand right next to the feeder and watch them feed.--charliezap

That is a great shot with him/her sitting still. I can't say I have ever seen one not moving.
