Hmmm , well I took a chance on a old lens , was cheap enough ..

Auto Chinon Zoom MC Macro 35-70 f3.5-4.5

Well , its not had the gentlest of life , but the price was good enough , I took some test shots today , and It has good and bad points ..

Picture was taken in Macro : and so far the lens looks to work for short range rather well , not so great long range (100+ Meters) , maybe cos of my focus screen ? Most of the long range images were out of focus , but medium to short range it looks to be good .. Macro might be excellent ? Some more testing needed ..

Pretty nice shot there, IMO. Rich colors and sharp focus to my eyes. Looks like you got a good deal.

Thanks guys , just wish the AF lenses would come a little closer - Maybe more $$

Hmmm , cheap Manual lens = better than cheap AF lens ... Yeah !
