Troubles with inspiration
Posted By: Kim, 03-11-2008, 04:09 PM

I've had a serious lack of inspiration lately when it comes to photography, but I managed to squeeze the trigger to get this one. Please tell me what you think.

As usual it looks better as a large(ish) print.

K10D + 12-24 f4 I think. Gradual ND filter done in PS.

It looks a little dark on my monitor Kim. I like the perspective/depth and composition.

Thnaks for commenting.

I guess it can be too dark on a lot of monitors. It has been a few months since I last calibrated (with Eye one) my monitor so it might be off a bit.

Lack of inspiration you say? If I could produce one great photo a month, really great photo, I'm very happy. And your results are simply wonderful! Great depth, composition, mood, conversion, textures and shades - love it!

Regards,
D

Thank you for commenting everyone!

I'm glad you liked the pic. I had to kinda force myself to shoot this. It didn't happen as naturally as it usually does so even if I like the pic I had troubles believing if it really was any good. I hope this makes any sense.
