A close friend asked me to shoot his car this evening. I've never done anything like this before, hope I did him proud.

Nicely done - I wouldn't really know what to do, but I very much doubt I'd cover it as well as this.

Great shots.

It it were my shoot, I'd have removed the number plates, replaced them with Viper or GT3RS or something personal, so that the vehicle is not identifiable or datable.

You could still do something in PP if you wish.

I think this is a great series, with super compositions of a super car. My only suggestion is to differentially brighten the car in the first two, since I am slightly distracted from the subject by the brighter areas of the photos, but this is a small thing.

The new GT3 was just announced and will have 475HP, four-wheel steering and be offered only with a special version of Porsche's twin-clutch tranny - no manual will be available, which is raising some eyebrows among Porsche folk.

Very enjoyable shots.

envy, what an awesome car.
Anyway maybe it's just me, but I feel that the reflection of the surroundings on the car doesn't make the Porsche pop out, would a polarizing filter help out on these situations?
