Saugus Ma. honors Memorial Day.
Lens: Pentax 18-250 Camera: K5 Photo Location: Saugus Ma. ISO: 800

I'm a little behind in my postings but here are some shots from Memorial Day.The day was misty with temps in the 40's but that didn't dampen the spirits of the people along the parade route and ceremony at the cemetery. The last shot was taken a few years ago but It never gets old.--charliezap

The first one and the last one are my favorites. You've caught them just before they fire their guns by the looks of it in the first one. And there is real emotion visible in the last photo.

In the first shot Remco you can see the shells being ejected after the salute.--charliezap

Thanks guys. I usually have the K 5 set to vibrant mode but tone down the saturation if needed. In the mist that day the colors were very vivid all on their own.--charliezap
