Some shots with a new old lens
Lens: Vivitar(Tokina) S1 70-210 Camera: K20D ISO: 400

I picked up a Series 1 Vivitar (Tokina) 70-210 for $75 or there abouts on ebay some weeks back, haven't really had time to test it, but the sun came out for a while today so I thought it would be a good chance to get a few shots around the yard (should have been working.... )

some Jade...

thanks for those kind words tess, when I first got the lens I thought it was just ok, as a couple of general scenery shots lacked a little contrast a looked washed out, in hindsight I think it would benefit from a hood. But I'm happy with these shots, can only get better (I hope) as I learn how to use it.
