Nature June 8th at Beaver Lake

After being cooped up all week, I had to get out and take a walk. The lighting wasn't that great and the trails were kind of muddy, but I did see a Rose-breasted Grosbeak for the first time this year.

This bird is a mystery to me.

The mystery bird may have been identified. I'm pretty sure it's an immature Eastern Towhee.

The frog pond is the first thing I walk by whenever I go there. There are usually one or two Green frogs, sometimes a Bullfrog.
