At DrupalCon in Portland, a grand conference at the Oregon Convention Center, I was hired to capture a portrait of all of the attendees. With just one Profoto monobloc (bounced against a white wall on full power for fill), 12 assistants, a whole lot of gaffers tape, and the wonderful natural light streaming in from above, we had about 10 minutes to get everybody from a keynote address into this position.

One theme of the event (being Portland and all) was hipsters and their mustaches. So, if you look closely, everybody is twiddling their mustache, whether they have one or not!

Taken with an older Pentax K-5, and a Tamron 28-75mm lens, while an assistant stood by getting closeups of the audience with a K-5 IIs.
