Nature An English summer view

I took these photographs last weekend during the Chelsworth open gardens day. Here in England its popular for a town or village to raise money for charity by local residents voluntarily opening their own garden to the paying public. We paid £5 per head to view over 20 gardens in this pretty villlage.

I remember Chelsworth from years ago when we were stationed in Suffolk. Lovely village with beautiful flowers and gardens too. TFS.

English summer? Where's the rain?

I lived in the UK for 35 years and could probably count on the fingers of two hands the number of truly good summers I saw.

You did catch some of it's beauty though. TFS.
